Must-have skills
Primary Skills: Python, Design Patterns, Algorithms & Data Structures, RDBMS, Caching Systems, Git, Linux Commands, GCP, AWS, Websockets, CI/CD, Docker, Queuing systems
- Backend development with Python, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs, and Websockets
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and GCP)
- Advanced database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, with experience in RAG, Agentic AI, and Vector Databases
Roles & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement highly scalable and secure backend services using Python and Django
- Architect complex features for AI-powered platforms
- Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
- Collaborate across teams including front-end, data science, and product management
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
