Most projects run with a handful of people. Your lead knows your work because they read your pull requests, not because they read a status report. Standups are short. Meetings need a reason.

We work with clients across time zones, so we write things down and keep decisions in the open. But we're not a company of silent inboxes pick up the phone, ask the question, unblock the person next to you.

We hire interns and fresh graduates because we’d rather grow engineers than only rent them. If you’re early in your career, you’ll get real project work not a sandbox exercise that gets deleted at the end of the term.
Join a live project team from week one. Ship code through the same review, QA and release process as everyone else's, under a dedicated mentor, on work that reaches production.
A structured program with a named mentor, weekly feedback, and a clear view of what full time conversion requires. Strong performers are considered for offers.
Curiosity we can't teach. Fundamentals you've actually practised, not just listed. And evidence you've built something, anywhere - a side project, an open source contribution, a hackathon, or a college project you took further than the syllabus required.
