Must-have skills
- Strong background in Python or other backend technologies
- Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and RAG pipelines
- Track record of scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade products
- Strong client-facing communication skills
Roles & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery: scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, and enterprise deployment
- Work directly with engineering teams on AI/LLM architecture decisions
- Convert pilot projects into production-grade products
- Scale engineering teams while maintaining delivery quality
- Own client and stakeholder relationships beyond standard delivery administration
